File disclosure and SSRF via unsafe diagram parsing

XXE in Flowable Engine through 8.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read local files or access internal endpoints via crafted BPMN XML. ProcessDiagramLayoutFactory.parseXml() parses stored BPMN bytes with a default DocumentBuilderFactory that permits DTD processing and external entity resolution. Process deployment privileges are required, and diagram-layout computation resolves the entity even when safe BPMN XML handling is enabled elsewhere.
