Stored script execution via unescaped badge attribute
Published Oct 2, 2026 · Updated Oct 2, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in StylemixThemes Motors before 1.4.124 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in listing visitors' browsers. The listing badge setting is output inside an HTML attribute without sanitization or escaping, allowing supplied content to become executable script. Exploitation requires an administrator-assigned Listing Manager role; the script runs when a visitor, including an administrator, views the affected listing.
