Authenticated database compromise via unvalidated media IDs
Published Sep 23, 2026 · Updated Sep 23, 2026
SQL injection in JoomShaper EasyStore 1.0.0 through 3.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter the site database. The media image deletion endpoint splits an ids request string and interpolates the unvalidated pieces directly into a SQL IN clause. An administrator session is required, and successful injection can read or change data across the Joomla database or interrupt the site.
