Unauthorized review posting via missing CSRF validation
Published Sep 23, 2026 · Updated Sep 23, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in JoomShaper EasyStore 1.0.0 through 3.0.0 allows remote attackers to post reviews via a logged-in user's browser. The product.addReview endpoint accepts cross-site submissions because its Session::checkToken request validation was commented out. Exploitation requires a logged-in customer to visit attacker-controlled content, and the resulting review appears under that customer's account.
