Improper integrity verification in ConnectWise Automate before 2026.5 allows attackers to execute untrusted agent components. During Agent plugin loading and self-update, downloaded components are processed and loaded before their authenticity and integrity are fully verified. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access under the vendor assessment and can compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the agent host.
