Remote command execution via partial allowlist matches

Argument injection in nanobot 0.2.0 through 0.2.1 allows remote attackers to execute unintended shell commands through the exec tool. ExecTool._guard_command uses a partial regular-expression match to approve the complete untrusted command string, and ExecTool._spawn then passes that unchanged string to a platform shell that interprets appended command separators. Reachability requires an enabled exec tool, a loose tools.exec.allowPatterns expression, and input that induces a tool call; injected commands run with the nanobot process privileges and within any configured sandbox.
