Remote command execution via newline allowlist bypass

Command injection in Data Intelligence Lab @ HKU nanobot 0.2.0 through 0.2.1 allows remote attackers to execute unintended shell commands. ExecTool._split_shell_segments treats semicolons and pipes as separators but not newline characters, so _guard_command checks an allowlisted first line while _spawn executes the unchecked following line. Exploitation requires a remotely supplied tool command to reach an ExecTool instance configured with allowPatterns, after which the injected line runs with the nanobot process account's privileges.
