Schema compiler crash via duplicate table members

Reachable assertion in Dvidelabs FlatCC 0.6.0 through 0.6.3 allows attackers to crash the schema compiler via duplicate table members. The align_order_members function computes an ordering key of zero for a repeated member and passes it to assert(k > 0) instead of rejecting the redefinition. Processing attacker-controlled .fbs schema text is required; a duplicate member deterministically terminates an assertion-enabled compiler.
