Reachable assertion in Dvidelabs FlatCC 0.6.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash schema-compilation processes via crafted schemas. In analyze_struct in src/compiler/semantics.c, semantic analysis continues after an earlier parser failure and reaches an invalid-state assertion while traversing attacker-controlled struct definitions. Exploitation requires a crafted FlatBuffers schema to reach a deployment that invokes the compiler, and the bounded consequence is termination of that compiler process.
