Terminal manipulation via unsanitized process arguments

Terminal escape injection in the Command column of dalance procs 0.14.12 and earlier allows local users to manipulate terminal output. The process-listing path writes command-line arguments to the Command column without neutralizing embedded ANSI or OSC control sequences, leaving the terminal emulator to interpret attacker-controlled bytes. Exploitation requires a local attacker to start a process with crafted arguments and another user to display it; effects depend on terminal features and include output spoofing or clipboard modification.
