Cross-user disclosure and deletion via missing ownership checks

Improper authorization in CAPEv2 through commit 471ee4b allows remote authenticated users to read and delete other users' analyses. The task view and list handlers query tasks without a user filter, while task deletion validates status but never compares task ownership with the requester. Exploitation requires API authentication and enabled task endpoints; deletion also requires task deletion to be enabled and removes database, report, and analysis-folder data.
