Server-side request forgery in Taisan AI Tarzan CMS 1.0.0 allows remote attackers to make server-originated requests via theme downloads. ThemeService.openConnection passes the Theme Download Function's attacker-controlled httpUrl value to a URL connection without restricting its destination.
