Memory disclosure or crash via unchecked GPS pointer

Heap buffer over-read in Jhead 3.0 through 3.3 allows local users to disclose process memory or crash the utility via a crafted WebP file. ProcessGpsInfo passes an EXIF GPS latitude or longitude ValuePtr to Get32s without confirming that each rational remains inside the EXIF allocation. Exploitation requires Jhead to process the crafted local file; the demonstrated result is a four-byte out-of-bounds read and process abort.
