Image validation bypass via overflowing row calculation

Integer overflow in ImageRaw in Rust Embedded Graphics embedded-graphics 0.8.0 through 0.8.2 allows remote attackers to bypass image validation. The bytes_per_row function multiplies an attacker-controlled width by bits per pixel and adds seven in usize before division, allowing wraparound on 32-bit targets. A consuming application must pass attacker-controlled image width and data on a 32-bit target; the published record does not establish a crash or memory exposure.
