Server-side request forgery via forwarded-header URL construction

Server-side request forgery in Flowise 3.0.0 through 3.0.2 allows remote attackers to trigger server-side requests via crafted headers. The Evaluations endpoint builds its base URL from the request's Host and X-Forwarded-Proto headers, then passes that URL to axios.post without constraining the destination. Reachability requires the Cloud or Enterprise Evaluations feature, and exploitation exposes network resources reachable from the Flowise server.
