Admin account takeover via brute-forceable recovery key

Authentication bypass in LangBot before 4.10.11 allows remote attackers to reset the administrator password through recovery-key brute force. The generator stores only 24 random bits from secrets.token_hex(3), while the unauthenticated reset-password handler merely awaits three seconds and admits concurrent guesses without a global throttle. Network access and knowledge of the administrator email are required; a successful guess rewrites that account's password and grants administrative access.
