Memory corruption via oversized savegame worklist

Heap buffer overflow in Freeciv before 3.2.6 allows attackers to corrupt process memory through a crafted savegame file. worklist_load() trusts the file-declared worklist length and copies more than 64 elements into the fixed entries array, overwriting adjacent heap-allocated structure fields. A user or server operator must load the file before the out-of-bounds writes can corrupt the process state.
