Server crash via unbounded video audio decoding

Denial of service in vLLM 0.10.2 through 0.27.1 allows attackers to crash a server via a small compressed video input. The NanoNemotronVL _extract_audio_from_videos method calls load_audio_pyav without duration or decoded-byte limits, permitting unbounded PCM allocation. Exploitation requires a NanoNemotronVL model with use_audio_in_video enabled; decoding can allocate gigabytes of memory and terminate the service.
