Cross-workspace provider calls via unscoped credential lookup

Incorrect authorization in Flowise 3.1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to access cross-workspace provider metadata. The node-load-method route accepts a caller-selected credential ID, and getCredentialData decrypts the matching record without checking its workspace before invoking a component load method. A low-privilege account or workspace API key can make provider calls with another workspace's credential and read returned metadata, but the credential secret itself is not returned.
