Unauthorized subscription access via crafted key parameter

Improper access control in WARP-Clash-API allows remote attackers to obtain Surge subscriptions via a crafted key parameter. The get_surge_subscription function in services/subscription.py does not correctly enforce the configured access check when processing attacker-controlled key input. Network access to the HTTP subscription handler is sufficient, and a successful bypass returns generated subscription data intended to be restricted by the service.
