Account-state corruption via unsynchronized license updates

Race condition in doUpdateLicenseKey in vvbbnn00 WARP-Clash-API allows remote attackers to corrupt persisted WARP account state. Concurrent requests can interleave license persistence, account-file saves, and public/private key regeneration because the update sequence has no synchronization. The endpoint requires the configured API key, but the default empty SECRET_KEY removes that gate; interference can leave account credentials inconsistent and interrupt subscriptions.
