Account password change via client-controlled hrid

Improper authorization in lenve vhr 1.0-SNAPSHOT allows remote authenticated users to change another HR account's password via /hr/pass. The HrInfoController.updatePass handler accepts a client-supplied hrid and passes it to the password service instead of binding the update to the authenticated principal. A signed-in session and the selected account's current password are required, after which remote authenticated users can replace that password.
