Remote command execution via unsanitized case_name

OS command injection in webgjc Web Robot 2.4.0, 2.5.0, and 2.8.0 allows remote attackers to execute commands via case_name. The controller_listen and controller_recover handlers in py/web.py pass the case_name request value into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. The local Python web service must be running and network-reachable, after which commands execute with the service process's privileges.
