Local Windows crash via null IOCTL dereference

Null pointer dereference in IObit Uninstaller 15.5.0.11 allows local users to crash Windows via a crafted driver IOCTL. The IURegistryFilter.sys IOCTL dispatch function sub_11838 dereferences a null pointer while processing attacker-controlled input. Local access sufficient to submit the request is required, and the available source record documents a Windows crash without stating any further impact.
