Denial of service via premature error interrupt
Published Sep 17, 2026 · Updated Sep 17, 2026
Linux 6.12 has a Tegra241 CMDQV initialization flaw that allows local users to interrupt service via an early error interrupt. __tegra241_cmdqv_probe() registers the error IRQ before initializing cmdqv->vintfs and num_vintfs, allowing tegra241_cmdqv_isr() to access the uninitialized array. Exposure requires CMDQV hardware left enabled with a latched error across kexec and, under Amazon's assessment, administrative privileges; the sources do not specify a crash or hang.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
