Stored XSS via post-sanitization template interpolation

Stored XSS in Grafana OSS 12.4.0 through 12.4.3 and 13.0.0 through 13.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to run script in viewers' browsers. The Geomap panel's XYZ tile attribution sanitizes the raw template before getTemplateSrv().replace() inserts an unescaped textbox-variable value, then OpenLayers assigns the result to element.innerHTML. Editor permission is required to store the payload, and script execution occurs when any user opens the affected dashboard.
