Unauthenticated log forgery via public nonce
Published Jun 6, 2026 · Updated Jun 6, 2026
Log injection in Bowo Debug Log Manager 2.5.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to forge WordPress debug log entries. The unauthenticated log_js_errors AJAX handler accepts attacker-controlled message, script, lineNo, columnNo, and pageUrl values after checking only a nonce exposed by wp_localize_script in front-end HTML. JavaScript error logging must be enabled, and successful exploitation can fabricate incident records and hide activity in misleading log noise.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
