Kernel crash via unguarded bandwidth division

Division by zero in Linux 6.3 allows physically proximate attackers to crash the kernel through a connected USB4/DPIA device. The get_estimated_bw() function divides by bw_granularity after reset_bw_alloc_struct() clears it, without confirming that a capability-change event initialized the value. Triggering requires the device to report an estimated-bandwidth change before its first capability change, causing the fault in the DPCD interrupt path.
