Out-of-bounds read via unchecked action-frame length

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux rtl8723bs driver since 4.12 allows attackers to trigger a 1–2-byte read via a short action frame. rtw_action_frame_parse() advances 24 bytes into the frame and reads two body bytes without verifying that frame_len is at least 26. Reachability requires a nearby peer or local caller able to submit a truncated management frame; the documented read is limited to 1–2 bytes.
