Kernel memory corruption via failed DAMON region split

Memory corruption in Linux 7.1 allows attackers to crash the kernel when DAMON region splitting fails during memory allocation. damon_apply_min_nr_regions() treats damon_split_region_at() as infallible and fetches the next list entry after a silent allocation failure. The failure is rare and requires DAMON to split the last region under memory pressure, but the resulting invalid dereference can corrupt memory or crash the kernel.
