Kernel crash via Device Mapper resume-remove race

A concurrency flaw in Linux Device Mapper allows local users to crash the kernel by racing resume and remove ioctls on one device. The resume path checks that the device is suspended but fails to reject DMF_FREEING, so it can reactivate targets after __dm_destroy suspends them and before their table is destroyed. Exploitation requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN access to /dev/mapper/control and a configured target such as dm-integrity; the stale reboot notifier can trigger a use-after-free and kernel panic.
