CVE-2026-89945Hinoki check available

Unspecified impact via undrained threaded IRQ

Published Sep 16, 2026 · Updated Sep 16, 2026

Race condition in the Linux cs35l34 codec driver allows attackers to cause unspecified impact via runtime power suspension. cs35l34_runtime_suspend() powers down hardware without draining its threaded IRQ, so the handler reads unavailable registers and can issue protection-release or boost power-down writes. Reachability requires the driver, attached CS35L34 hardware, runtime power management, and an unmasked fault IRQ; no concrete security consequence has been published.
