Stale VNCR translation via invalidation race

Race condition in arm64 KVM in Linux 6.16 allows guest OS users to retain a stale VNCR translation during concurrent invalidation. invalidate_vncr_va fails to advance mmu_invalidate_seq, so another vCPU can cache a translation after stage-1 page tables are invalidated. Reachability requires arm64 KVM nested virtualization and concurrent vCPU activity; the published result is a stale guest translation, with no further impact documented.
