Host crash via NULL collection dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux KVM arm64 allows guest OS users to crash the host during virtual ITS migration state save. When vgic_its_save_ite() serializes an interrupt translation entry whose MAPC(V=0) command removed ite->collection, it dereferences that NULL collection instead of recording an invalid entry. Exploitation requires an arm64 KVM guest with a virtual GICv3 ITS and a VMM that invokes KVM_DEV_ARM_ITS_SAVE_TABLES, typically during migration; the resulting kernel oops interrupts the host.
