Unspecified hypervisor impact via guest TLBI overflow
Published Sep 16, 2026 · Updated Sep 16, 2026
Integer overflow in Linux KVM arm64 6.16 allows guest OS users to cause unspecified hypervisor impact via a crafted TLBI range. The range-decoding logic adds an attacker-controlled encoded range to an arbitrary base virtual address without first capping it to the architecture's address limit. Triggering requires an arm64 KVM host running nested virtualization and control of a guest hypervisor; no concrete confidentiality, integrity, or availability consequence is published.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
