Kernel memory corruption via oversized PPTT package topology

Out-of-bounds write in Linux on LoongArch virtual machines allows context-dependent attackers to corrupt kernel memory during boot. The LoongArch ACPI topology parser records PPTT package identifiers in acpi_package_ids[], whose MAX_PACKAGES allocation is smaller than KVM_MAX_VCPUS. Reachability requires a PPTT table describing more packages than the array holds, such as a 256-vCPU one-core-per-socket VM; upstream has not published a demonstrated post-overflow consequence.
