Kernel memory leak via lost CEC device reference

Resource leak in the CEC core in Linux 7.1 and affected stable branches allows attackers to retain kernel memory during adapter teardown. A NULL assignment clears adap->rc after rc_unregister_device(), preventing cec_delete_adapter() from passing the allocated device to rc_free_device(). Reachability requires teardown of an allocated CEC adapter, such as a dw-hdmi unbind, and each occurrence strands a kernel allocation rather than granting data access or code execution.
