Kernel out-of-bounds read via HEVC index underflow

Out-of-bounds read in Linux 7.0 allows local users with RKVDEC access to read beyond an HEVC reference-picture-set array. The st_ref_pic_set_prediction() helper subtracts delta_idx_minus1 + 1 from the unsigned st_rps_idx without first rejecting underflow, then uses the wrapped value to index calculated_rps_st_sets. Triggering requires access to the Rockchip V4L2 memory-to-memory decoder and a crafted EXT_SPS_ST_RPS control; public records establish an out-of-bounds kernel read but no further consequence.
