Kernel crash via uncleared streaming allocations

Resource cleanup failure in Linux rtl2832_sdr allows local users to exhaust memory or crash the kernel after a streaming-start failure. The rtl2832_sdr_start_streaming error path leaves URBs and coherent DMA buffers allocated; a later start overwrites buffer references and can make cleanup read beyond dev->urb_list. Reaching the defect requires access to a compatible RTL2832 SDR device, a failed allocation or URB submission, and another VIDIOC_STREAMON request.
