Kernel panic via suspended Wave5 register access

Denial of service in the Wave5 decoder in Linux 6.8 allows local users to panic the kernel through stream-stop operations. The decoder stop and abort paths set the EOS flag through send_firmware_command(), which accesses VPU registers without first resuming a runtime-suspended device. Exploitation requires local access to the Wave5 video device on compatible VPU hardware and causes an asynchronous SError that crashes the host.
