Corrupted flash-version reads via unserialized register access

Race condition in the qla2xxx SCSI driver in Linux allows local users to corrupt cached flash-version reads during concurrent flash access. The sysfs reset path calls get_flash_version() without holding ha->optrom_mutex, allowing its hardware-register reads to interleave with serialized VPD or optrom operations. Reaching the flaw requires the reset operation to race with another flash operation on qla2xxx-managed hardware; the disclosed consequence is corrupted reads.
