Service interruption via incomplete F2FS curseg evacuation

Out-of-bounds I/O in Linux 5.10 and affected later commits allows local users to interrupt F2FS-backed systems during filesystem shrink. The free_segment_range() loop stops at NR_CURSEG_PERSIST_TYPE, leaving active nonpersistent curseg types inside the storage range being truncated. Subsequent writes target blocks beyond the new device boundary; exploitation requires privileged filesystem-resize access and a live affected curseg in the removed range.
