Kernel crash via uninitialized UVD ring completion

Null-pointer dereference in the amdgpu UVD resume path in Linux 6.5 allows attackers to crash an SR-IOV virtual function via unspecified vectors. The amdgpu_uvd_resume() function force-completes the decode ring while restoring its fence sequence even though uvd_v7_0_sw_init() leaves that ring uninitialized for an SR-IOV VF. The fault is limited to the UVD 7.0 SR-IOV virtual-function path, and the published report shows a kernel crash rather than data access or code execution.
