Kernel crash via unchecked plane degamma LUT size

Out-of-bounds read in Linux 6.8 allows local users to crash the kernel through a malformed AMD plane degamma LUT blob. __set_dm_plane_degamma() accepts an unchecked entry count, allowing __is_lut_linear() to divide by zero or __drm_lut_to_dc_gamma() to read beyond a short blob. The path is exposed only when AMD_PRIVATE_COLOR is enabled, and successful triggering interrupts the affected system.
