Kernel bounds violation via unpartitioned SDMA rings

An out-of-bounds access in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger a kernel bounds violation through AMDGPU SDMA submissions. The isolation-enforcement and VM-flush paths use an unpartitioned ring's AMDGPU_XCP_NO_PARTITION value, which is all ones, as an index into adev->isolation[]. The condition requires an AMD GPU and an SDMA ring without an XCP partition assignment; the published observation is a UBSAN fault.
