GPU service hang via stale KIQ fence sequence

Denial of service in Linux before 7.2.5 allows attackers to hang KIQ submissions after a MODE1 AMDGPU reset. The amdgpu_device_pre_asic_reset function skips the no-scheduler KIQ ring, leaving its GTT fence value stale while sync_seq advances, so the next submission polls forever for an unwritten sequence. Exploitation requires an AMD GPU to undergo the affected reset path before another KIQ submission, interrupting GPU command processing without a reported full-system crash.
