GPU queue hang via stale MES translations

A race in affected Linux kernels allows attackers with AMD GPU compute access to hang queues during SVM page migration. After MES removes or suspends a queue, drm/amdkfd omits the heavy-weight TLB invalidation needed before backing memory is freed or migrated, so in-flight DMA descriptors retain stale access. The demonstrated condition requires gfx1151 Strix Point hardware with XNACK mode 1 and leaves submitted packets unconsumed, interrupting GPU compute work.
