Kernel crash via uninitialized mqd manager dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux before 7.2.5 allows local users to crash the kernel by reading the KFD mqds debugfs file. In pqm_debugfs_mqds, a loop calls mqd_mgr->debugfs_show_mqd after a queue entry with a null pqn->q skips initialization of mqd_mgr. Reachability requires permission to read debugfs, an active KFD queue, and a kernel-queue entry; debugfs is root-only by default.
