Host panic via unchecked restore callback

NULL callback dereference in Linux 6.11 allows local users with CAP_CHECKPOINT_RESTORE to panic the host through a crafted KFD CRIU queue restore. The create_queue_cpsch() and create_queue_nocpsch() paths call mqd_mgr->restore_mqd() without checking whether the callback exists for the supplied queue type. Reachability requires local /dev/kfd access, CAP_CHECKPOINT_RESTORE, and a hand-crafted restore payload; successful exploitation causes a kernel panic rather than data access.
