Persistent GPU bind denial via uncleared dirty flag

Denial of service in Linux 6.6 and later allows local users to permanently block later Nouveau VM binds through a failed sparse unmap. The OP_UNMAP_SPARSE unwind path reinserts the region but fails to clear reg->dirty, while clearing op->reg causes cleanup to skip teardown and signaling. An unprivileged render-node client must submit a later-failing multi-operation VM_BIND job; the resulting failures or unkillable wait persist for that UVMM's lifetime.
